Lectors proclaim God’s Word to the assembly, and thus, bring Jesus Christ to His people. Serving in this way implies a personal commitment to the Eucharist which includes weekly attendance at Sunday Mass.
This ministry is open to adults and youth who have celebrated Confirmation.

The Passion Gospel is split into five "scenes" for Palm Sunday and Good Friday. See below for your reading. Your MSP schedule will tell you which scene to read (i.e. Lector 1 reads Scene 1).
Lectors 1 and 2 will also reading the Old and New Testament readings of the day, respectively.
Palm Sunday: Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion | USCCB
Good Friday: Good Friday of the Lord’s Passion | USCCB
Below are some additional instructions for Palm Sunday and Good Friday (regarding where to stand during the reading of the Passion Gospel, as this is not read from the lectern).
