Carol Margarit

All Saints Catholic School has been part of my life since September 1995 when our son began Kindergarten here and I began my first job as a part-time teacher/part-time aide. The following year I began teaching Kindergarten which I loved and taught for 18 years. In the spring of 2014, I was asked to be the principal of this wonderful school.

Brief Bio:
I grew up on a farm north of Cannon Falls, MN. I attended St. Mary’s Catholic grade school in New Trier. I then ventured to Cannon Falls Junior-Senior High School.

I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and my Master's from St. Mary’s University in Winona. I am currently pursuing my principal license certification through St. Mary's University.

My husband, Kevin, and I have 2 children. Our son, Danny, is currently employed at Carlson McCane Environmental Consulting firm and owns a home in Fridley. Our daughter, Katie, is an auditor with CliftonLarsonAllen in Minneapolis and is one of our son's tenants. It is great to have them both in the Twin Cities area!

Interesting Facts:

After graduating from high school, I attended Dakota County Vo-Tech (currently Dakota County Technical College) for accounting. I worked at a CPA firm in Edina (where I met my husband) and then The Pillsbury Co. in downtown Minneapolis before going back to school to become a teacher.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to read and relax on a beach. In the winter, I enjoy skiing with family and friends.
