Eucharistic Adoration
Spend a scheduled hour with Jesus in Adoration. Could Jesus be calling you to help with this quiet, yet powerful ministry?
Children's Liturgy of the Word
Help children, age four to Grade 4, hear and learn from the Sunday readings. Leaders and Assistants are needed during the Saturday, 5pm Mass and the Sunday, 9 & 11am Masses.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Assist in the distribution of Communion. Open to adults and youth who have celebrated Confirmation.
Livestreaming
Mission partners are needed to livestream Sunday Masses, funerals, weddings, and other events in the parish. Training is provided, and you will shadow a staff member until you are comfortable running the camera.
Rosary Guild
Prayerfully make rosaries for our members receiving sacraments and other ministries.
Linens
The linens used at Mass must be properly cleaned and pressed for use again. This is a way to use your talents behind the scene.
Liturgical Aesthetics Team
This team works to enhance our worship space with banners, fabric, plants and other items.
Greeters
Be the warm and welcoming face to all who attend Mass or other parish events.
Leaders of the Rosary
Lead the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Rosary prior to the Tuesday evening Mass. We can teach you.
Lectors
Proclaim God's Word to the assembly at Mass. Prayerful preparation prior to Mass is required.
Sacristans
Prepare the sacred vessels for Mass. Open to adults and youth who have celebrated Confirmation.
Sacristy Walk-Through
On Mondays and Fridays the sacristy supplies need to be refilled.
Ushers
Create a welcoming environment at Mass by seating people, taking up the collection and facilitating the Communion procession.
Parking Lot Hospitality
The presence of welcoming people creates a hospitable environment and direction to those who are unfamiliar with All Saints.
Cantors
Encourage and lead the sung prayer of the assembly. Professional experience is not required. An audition will be held.
Funeral Cantors
Lead the sung prayer for the living and the dead. An audition will be held.
Choir & Vocal Ensembles
Groups of singers enrich liturgy by uniting their voices in sacred music. Members are welcome all year.
Festival Choir
Singers come together to prepare four-part music for Christmas and Easter. Teens are welcome.
Instrumentalists
Seasonal opportunities are available for instrumentalists. Audition is required.
Children's Sacrament Activity Days
Assist parent and child in their preparation to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist. Opportunities include leading a short lesson, helping with snack and preparing crafts.
First Celebrations with Children
Help with preparation for or assist during the liturgies of Reconciliation or First Eucharist.
Marriage Mentors
Assists engaged couples prepare for the Sacrament of Marriage. Couples will be pre-screened, trained and are asked for a three-year commitment. Mentors support 1 or 2 couples per year.
Parish Sponsors for the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The RCIA program prepares adults for initiation Sacraments. Parish sponsors meet together with Candidates for education and sharing your faith.
