Loma Ince

Hello! I began working at All Saints Church as Director of Finance & Operations in January 2019. I am excited to be able to use my skills to further the mission of the church and to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Brief Bio

While I was born in New Jersey, I grew up in Sydney, Australia.  I decided I wanted to see what it would be like to live in the US and the best way to do that was to come here to go to college. I attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH (where my parent went and met). I graduated with degrees in Accounting and Economics. I met my husband Dan, the Minnesota connection, my freshman year and formally moved to Minnesota when I graduated. We have lived in Lakeville for about 25 years. Both our children, Lucas 22 and Duncan 19 attended All Saints school through Middle School.

Prior to starting with All Saints I worked with a number of public accounting firms in their tax departments.  I have served in a number of roles at All Saints as a Mission Partner including with Youth Ministry, with a focus on Super Saturday Service Days, Children’s Liturgy of the Word and as a Eucharistic Minister.

Interesting Facts

The fact that most people focus on is that I grew up in Australia. I have seen most of the traditional Australian animals in the wild. I have been boxed by a kangaroo at a kangaroo park (and I don’t recommend it). It took many years to not instinctually freeze at the sight of snakes and spiders since in Australia you had to assume that they are poisonous. I love to travel, cook, read and spend with my family.
