The Parish Pastoral Council commissioned a Long Range Planning Committee to propose a strategic plan for All Saints Parish.
Strategic planning is the process
of developing and maintaining a fit between the parish’s vision and goals and its capabilities in a changing environment with new opportunities.

Identification of Critical Issues
This step includes the identification and prioritization of critical issues facing our parish, using information from the previous step. These critical issues will be presented for review and approval by the Pastoral Council late in February and will then be available to the parish community in March 2009.
