Our Neighbors at Dakota Woodlands

Located in Eagan, Dakota Woodlands is the only facility for homeless women and children in Dakota County. Their mission is to empower homeless women to create stable futures for their families. Families are able to stay as long as necessary as they work toward independent living and self sufficiency. Residents are provided with educational services and support, empowering them to address their needs. Residents’ success rate is over 89% for moving on to safe, affordable housing.

Fund Raiser and Item Drive for Dakota Woodlands Shelter:
All Saints  had a fund raiser and item drive to benefit Dakota Woodlands. Our project provided needed resources for reaching the shelter's goals. The drive took place from July 17 – August 1, 2010 and netted $1,966.00 in cash and gift certificates and 20 or so "laundry basket loads" of household items.
