A Few Changes to Middle School FEP…

MIDDLE SCHOOL - 6-7-8

STUDENTS CATECHISTS

In order to better serve the families of the All Saints community, we’ve worked to make our program more flexible to accommodate your busy schedules while continuing to provide a sound Catholic religious education to our students. For any questions regarding our Grade 6, 7 or 8 FEP Programs, email Kate Buri  or call the FEP office at 952-469-6461.

Trimesters
The Middle School FEP program will be divided into trimesters. All students enrolled in the Middle School FEP program are required to attend Protecting Children & Youth Initiative (PCYI) and the Winter Semester.

Curriculum
All students, grades 6-8, will be using the same theme-based curriculum focusing on Jesus the Christ, Prayer and Sacraments.

Classes
Classes will still be divided by individual grade level.

Fellowship
During the 2008-2009 FEP school year we introduced large group fellowship, a time for all students grades 6-8 to come together in community to build relationships and broaden their relationship with the Catholic Church through song and prayer. This time was so successful in building community and enriching the experience of our students that we have decided to begin most classes with a period of Large Group Fellowship.

               Schedule Flexibility
Did you know that you can switch between Tuesday and Wednesday nights at each trimester throughout the year? We understand that with different sports/activities come different schedules. For example: You may register for a Tuesday evening Fall Trimester and switch to Wednesday evening during another Trimester.
