before the ham way I just want to invite you this Tuesday to the film Outcast because after that day I will be out cast as well  and the film is about the poor around the world and how the fryers the caption hours of renewal work with them they bring the gospel and some of them to some of the darkest places and it's a beautiful film in our own parishioner Clifford please he is the director producer and it'll be right here at 7 p.m. and it is for ages 14 and up but I invite you too that it'll be a wonderful experience  this past Monday night at 10 p.m. I decided to go outside and walk the perimeter of the parish and kind of have a nostalgic moment and saw it was praying the Rosary got to the bottom of the hills really dark outside and I was passing the sign at the bottom of the hill and I looked up and I saw the three shadowy figures and all of them dropped and roll down the hill what's myself who are these hoodlums maybe I'll join them know so they got to the bottom they stood up and then about to them yelled a random pain and I said father  and I knew it was some fresheners soy towards them and as I walked towards them their faces became clear it was Simone Sebastian yo three of our 8th graders from All Saints and I just returned from Valleyfair  and they were full of life Joy love and maybe some Mountain Dew and I've been tired walked with the 8th graders we had Bible studies at lunch on Thursday and as I walked away from that experience I thought to myself this is exactly what All Saints does it brings people to life and I know my experience with these three play Faith come alive in Christ and I to my priesthood have come alive here and I'm very grateful for that  end as I walked away as well I real is 2 that's the mystery of the trinity  the Trinity is shadowy how is it that God can be father son and play spirit yet one but he reveals himself to us in that way in the Trinity and we come to receive that through baptism this little one Grace here will be baptized  and as your life continues mystery will on full in her life and this is the central mystery of our faith The Mystery of the Trinity if we don't have the mystery of the Trinity we do not have creation we don't have the mystery of redemption the passion death resurrection and we don't have the mystery of the church all Mysteries flow from the mystery of the trinity  and that history is one of love God is love  he is love  and we are created out of love and open Sheen describes it well before all-time the father was looking at his son and that son who was the his own image  his own likeness and he was filled with love  looking at Stone lightness  and the Sun is he looked back at the father  saw that same greatness that same light and out of that they both side and the Holy Spirit descended down and created the Earth and all plus to follow the special it had him in the eve we are created out of trinitarian love  and that's girls down from Heaven to Earth an Adam and Eve were created so that they would participate in that love with their wake me up with God but also in the relationship with one another but they took their eyes off of God and focused on their own Pursuits and it led to sin and death in their life but we know that's not the end of the story  God loved the world how much that he sent the one who is most precious to him into the world to bring us back into relationship with him Sun God so loved the world that he sent his only son not to condemn the world but to save the world that's what the Trinity is all about  and so the beginning is trinitarian and all sore and where we're heading to our mission is to get to heaven and participate in the life and dynamic of the trinity  and the train is not just some idea some problem to be solved the Trinity is personal God's love is personal  and sometimes in our faith life our our life becomes stagnant because we get caught up in our own Pursuits and lose the day hammock that God wants us to participate in his life and I have experience that personally here at All Saints the love that God has through me through prayer through sacraments through all of you and the first time I experienced that knowing that I was coming to all the bishop had given me that letter at lunch father Wilson called me shortly after NSI was Drive here for the first time I thought to myself why All Saints not that I was questioning and despair I just didn't see it come at all it was a mystery to me  and as I was driving in the car  and I'm thinking to Father Wilson's going to be my pastor  he was the associate when I was in 2nd grade and the Holy Spirit just kind of nudge me and brought me back to when I was 12 years old I was serving a funeral for an 18 year old would have been hit by a car and father Wilson was preaching the gospel and I forgot about them until that moment while I was in the car and father Wilson said of that young man he said this young man tell you is a saint I have heard his confession and at that moment I thought to myself that's only five years away how's 12:13 at the time and then he began to describe also one of the experiences parents open the door one time and he was caught up in prayer in the life of the trinity he was completely laid out frosting trance the grace of God and so he was ready when the Lord called him home  but that Grace is what Moses experiences on the mountain  he experiences that Grayson the Lord reveals himself to Moses and says I am slow to anger rich in Mercy abounding and kindness if we knew how much God loved us we would tremble fall to our knees and lay out prostrate  that's how much God loves us  7 men times when I've come back to the rectory from celebrating the sacrum swear I've had maybe not like that all the time but experiences of God's grace he wants us to enter into that Dynamic of love the whole thing of the priesthood is simply too play Fat out to people  the point out where God is working in their life  and some of the moments are surprising Oregon what is at work and so birth of a child after that or Baptist first communion Mass on Sunday  at lunch with the kids at recess in the back there in the foyer in the office during a counseling session  when someone has died and being there with the families at the funeral and what surprising to me is how often God is there  we can always see it in the moment razoo's revealed in time that's the whole meaning of the priesthood but the meaning of this mass as well Trinity Commons to be with us and dines with us  so that we may be brought back into communion with the train Indian heaven  and so I'm so grateful  so grateful and I know the time is coming for me to roll down the hill  haven't decided if I'm going to do that as my last or not  the roll down the hill but I know that I who was the Trinity Father Son and Holy Spirit that I'm never alone and none of us are  not although I'm leaving this place we will always PS1 as we gather around the mass because that's where life is and any good I've done it's because of the in life I've been given by God  an any evil sin that's the result of my own weakness and thankfulness  finish last Sunday I'm just so grateful and all the glory goes to God and out come back again but all the glory goes to God for bringing us together and this very holy church rate the holy Mysteries to all glory be to the father and to the son and to the Holy Spirit
