Youth Formation Assistant and Facility Scheduler
All Saints Catholic Church & School has an opportunity for a flexible and energetic individual who enjoys working as a team. The objective is to help facilitate the growth of children and families in their relationship with Jesus Christ, the parish community, and the Universal Church. This is a full-time position. Duties include, but are not limited to
  • Assisting with Youth Formation events and programs.
  • Record keeping of registrations for events and retreats.
  • Recruiting volunteers as needed and ensuring formation training is complete.
  • Maintaining the facility calendar and scheduling.
  • Participate in parish and staff activities.
  • Assist at our Welcome Desk one Sunday per month.

Service Ministries Coordinator
All Saints Catholic Church & School has an opportunity for a flexible and energetic individual who enjoys working with staff and parishioners. The objective is to be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase parishioner engagement in support of the Parish Mission. This part-time position has 25-30 scheduled hours per week. (CLICK HERE to see the complete position description).
 
Duties include, but are not limited to 
  • Develop and practice strategies and procedures for welcoming the parish community
  • Recruit volunteers for ministry needs.
  • Manage volunteer administrative systems and maintain accurate records according to policies.
  • Onboard and train volunteers.
  • Maintain internal database for required training and documents for volunteers and staff.
  • Assist at our Welcome Desk one Sunday per month.
 
Welcome Desk Sub
All Saints is looking for substitutes for our Welcome Desk during the school day to welcome parishioners, school families, and guests to our Church and School. This person directs those with questions or inquiries to ensure a resolution is obtained and assists with overseeing the security & safety of staff and students. Hours are 7:15am to 3:15pm. This person would be contacted based on need with as much advance notice as possible. Training will be provided.
