The Light Weigh is a 12-week Catholic Video Series Bible Study where you will learn a new approach to eating and to prayer. Light Weigh members learn to eat the foods they enjoy in moderation.

The Light Weigh is international and is done throughout the United States, Canada, Ireland and Australia. All Light Weigh groups use the same format.

The Light Weigh is Catholic, and draws upon the FULLNESS of the Truth found in our beautiful Faith, the Faith that Jesus Himself founded. By following the Light Weigh, you will learn to attain peace with food by imitating the example of Jesus and the spirituality of two of His devoted followers; St. Ignatius of Loyola and St. Therese, The Little Flower.
