Just FAITH

Our Catholic faith and biblical tradition extend an extraordinary invitation to each of us and to our faith communities to become agents of God’s compassion and healing in a wounded world. The Good News of Christ is both a comfort and a promise for the poor and, at the same time, a call to those of us who are not poor to be linked with God’s vision of justice and reconciliation.

Just FAITH offers an opportunity to experience a spiritual journey into compassion. Most of us long to be a generous and compassionate people. Just Faith provides a lively and challenging format to read, discuss, pray, experience and be formed by the our justice tradition that changes lives, inspires faithful witness, and transforms the world through love and service. This program has been offered in hundreds of parishes across the country, and it is now being offered at All Saints.

Just FAITH involves a substantial commitment. The process involves thirty weekly sessions, two retreats, and four opportunities for service to the poor. In addition, participants are expected to do one to two hours of reading each week. The program asks a lot...just like the Gospel.
In addition, participants have the privilege of developing community as they journey through this program. Participants should come ready for the possibility of change.

Just FAITH sessions began in the Fall of the year. There are breaks at holidays and conclude in the Spring. Meeting time and day of the week are determined by the consensus of the group.
