Capital Campaign Novena Prayer

O Lord, give us a mind that is humble, quiet, peaceable, patient, and charitable, and the inspiration of Your Holy Spirit in all our thoughts, words and deeds. O Lord, give us a lively faith, a firm hope, a fervent charity, and a love of You.
Take from us all lukewarmness in meditation and dullness in prayer. Give us fervor and delight in thinking of You, Your grace, and Your tender compassion toward us. Give us, good Lord, the grace to work for the success of our Capital Campaign.  

Capital Campaign 9-Day Novena 

(Parishioners of All Saints were asked to pray the Novena Prayer for the success of our Capital Campaign for nine days beginning November 1-9, 2010.)
 

Facility Repair and Improvement Projects
The following are in no particular order.

1. Tuck point church and school. $90,000
Maintain, repair, and preserve masonry joints.
 
2. Gutters/down spouts on lower church roof. $23,000
Eliminate water seeping into masonry walls.
 
3. Upgrade the exterior lighting near the church. $20,000
Improve the safety and security of our campus.
 
4. Repair, rebuild and improve parking lot/driveways. $250,000
Complete improvements to create a 20-year life.
 
5. Install a weather protective portico/canopy. $50,000
Create a safe/more welcoming east side entrance.
 
6. Improve handicap accessibility with a new $260,500
entrance and additional parking.
 
7. Upgrade building security system. $22,000
Enhance student safety, protects assets, deter theft.
 
8. Install variable speed air circulation controls $12,000
(sanctuary/commons).
Based on demand, reset fan speed to save energy.
 
9. Install thermal finish on granite floor near font. $15,000
Eliminate safety hazard near Baptismal Font.
 
10. Install a fence/safety gate at the Baptismal Font. $7,500
Create a childproof barrier to prevent access.
 
Total Deferred Repairs and Improvements – $750,000
